Timothy Joseph Hutagaol from Indonesia is a student at Tianjin University. He shares his experiences of spending Chinese New Year in China. Let's follow him to experience festive atmosphere of Spring Festival again.

This year is my second time to have chinese new year spent in China. I think Chinese New Year is the wonderful period for the chinese to gather together with their families and friends, and also the tradition that they have always provide the chinese with happiness, fortune, and blessings for the upcoming new year. Personally for me, spending the chinese new year in China also gives me with new experience, with my second time, it is more enjoyable as I can visit one new place of Beijing Ancient Town, which I happened to watch performance, and also spend time enjoying it with my friends.

During the chinese new year also, I can enjoy, taste, and also appreciate the food and also the cultural display in every place that I visit, such as in Tianjin Ancient Cultural Street （古文化街）, Drum Tower （鼓楼）, Nanshi Food Street (南市食品街), and Beitang Ancient Town (北塘古镇).
